I have always had a great passion for movement and expression through the body. I was a theater dancer and for several years I owned a dance school teaching primarily to children.
I started practicing Yoga as a child and over the years I have experimented with different approaches from Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin and Rocket. I traveled far and wide across Asia where I participated in various workshops on local dances, meditation and yoga practices due to the desire to fuel my personal creative movement. My first trip to India marked a profound change in the study of Yoga, making me approach the study of Vedic philosophy and sacred texts.
Following a knee injury, I became passionate about anatomy, fascial systems and the biomechanics of movement. Thanks to Doctor Anna Maria Vitali I was able to study and attend conferences with doctors from all over the world and professionals including Carla Stecco and Robert Schleip. I have participated in numerous workshops with international yoga teachers (David Leon, Jacopo Ceccarelli, Jenn Russel) and dance (Maggipinto - Bausch, Granello - Micha Van Hoecke, Alessandro Sciarroni).
This path has developed my way of teaching Yoga and Pilates, which focuses on fluid movement, breathing, alignment and ultimately, feeling good.
